Medical Billing and Coding is not currently accepting enrollment. Interested students may join the waitlist at no cost. Tuition and enrollment requirements will be confirmed if classes become available.
Payment Options and Arrangements
Payment in Full
Students may pay their total program tuition in full at the time of enrollment. Enrollment deposits are credited toward the total program tuition.
Weekly and Biweekly Payment Plans
Health Tech of Georgia offers scheduled weekly and biweekly payment arrangements for eligible programs. Payment amounts vary by program and must follow the student's approved payment agreement.
Medical Terminology – Special Payment Arrangement
Medical Terminology tuition is $625. Students may pay the full amount at enrollment or pay $312.50 at registration and the remaining $312.50 within 30 days. Standard weekly and biweekly payment plans are not available for this program.

Payment Plan Information
Weekly and biweekly payment arrangements are available for eligible programs and include a 12% payment-plan fee. Enrollment deposits are credited toward total program tuition. Payment schedules are established at enrollment and outlined in each student's payment agreement.
Payment amounts are rounded to whole dollars for convenience. Any remaining balance resulting from the approved rounding arrangement will be waived by HTG.

Enrollment Deposits
Enrollment deposits are required for applicable programs and are credited toward the student's total program tuition. Deposit amounts vary by program and are listed in the Program Tuition and Fees table above.
Payment Deadlines
Students who select a weekly or biweekly payment arrangement must follow the payment schedule established at enrollment. Specific payment amounts, due dates, and applicable fees are outlined in the student's payment agreement.
Accepted Payment Methods
Health Tech of Georgia accepts cash, Zelle, and Chime payments. Students should contact the Admissions Department for payment instructions.
Refund Information
Health Tech of Georgia maintains an institutional refund policy that outlines applicable withdrawal procedures, refund eligibility, and financial responsibilities.
Students are encouraged to review the official refund policy in the 2026–2027 HTG School Catalog before enrolling.
All refunds are governed by the terms and conditions outlined in the applicable enrollment agreement and institutional refund policy.
